Fanm Kreyol as an organization believes in education and promoting women in leadership.

“You don't make progress by standing on the sidelines, whimpering and complaining. You make progress by implementing ideas.” - Shirley Chisholm

Fanm Kreyol believes in empowering Haitian women be the leaders that bring the changes they want to see in their community. Before she can make those changes, she must acquire the necessary skills to do so. As Fanm Kreyol, we know those skills are acquired through community service, leadership and education.

In continuing with Fanm Kreyols goals to promote education and leadership amongst women of Haitian descent, the Graduate Community Chapter of Fanm Kreyol, Inc. sponsors an annual scholarship.
