Hello everyone and welcome to Fanm Kreyol, Inc.! My name is Yanique and within Fanm Kreyol, I am known as Fanm Fidel. Since 2008, our mission has been to empower Haitian women who were underrepresented in undergraduate collegiate populations through community development, education and the provision of other social services in our respective communities.
Through education, discipline, and drive, we serve our community and empower Haitian women. From translating English to Haitian Creole for elders to serving dinner at a homeless shelter, Fanm Kreyol will combat stereotypes against Haitian women and continue to make an impact.
